  2. 🏠 WFH/hybrid flexibility
  3. 📚 Learning budget
  4. 🏋️ Gym/wellness allowance
  5. 🍕 Free food
  6. 💻 MacBook/good hardware

Some companies offer amazing perks that don't show up in CTC numbers. What hidden benefits does your company offer?

Also, would you take a 10% salary cut for significantly better perks?

WFH flexibility is a game-changer for me. I save so much time and energy by not commuting. Definitely would consider a salary cut if it meant more WFH days. What's your experience with the hybrid model at your company?
