The "aha moment" in DSA - when did it click for you?

For me, DSA felt like banging my head against a wall for months. Then one day, while solving a graph problem, something clicked. I could suddenly see the pattern — the problem was just BFS with a custom state.

After that, every new problem became about pattern matching rather than creating solutions from scratch.

When did DSA click for you? Was there a specific problem or concept that was the turning point?

For beginners struggling: it WILL click. Just keep going. The frustration is part of the process.

Still waiting for my 'aha moment' 😅. I keep getting stuck on tree traversal problems. Any tips on how to push past those roadblocks?

I totally relate! For me, it was dynamic programming. After weeks of struggle, I was working on a classic coin change problem, and suddenly the subproblem pattern just made sense. From then on, other DP problems seemed more approachable.
