Genuine question - I've been using ChatGPT to understand solutions and debug my code during practice. Should I mention this in interviews?

I feel like everyone uses it now but there's still a stigma. Also worried that if I mention it, they'll think I can't solve problems on my own.

What's the consensus here?

Honestly, I think it's fine to mention using AI tools like ChatGPT as long as you frame it the right way. Talk about how it helps you enhance your problem-solving skills and how you're using it to learn, not as a crutch. Many people in the industry see it as a sign of being resourceful.
