Phone screen went terrible - interviewer was rude

Just had the worst interview experience. The interviewer kept cutting me off mid-explanation, sighed audibly when I asked a clarifying question, and when I made a small bug, said "that's a basic mistake."

I know interviews are stressful but this felt unprofessional. Should I give this feedback to the recruiter? Or will that hurt my chances if they're still considering me?

The company is well-known but I don't want to name and shame.

Wow, that sounds really frustrating. I've been in similar situations and it definitely messes with your confidence. I think giving feedback to the recruiter is valid, especially if you focus on how it affected your performance rather than just venting.

Ugh, that's awful. I had an interviewer like that once, and I ended up not taking the offer even though I got one. Trust your instincts—if you felt it was unprofessional, it probably was. Maybe consider how you feel about the company culture?
