Offer comparison: Google vs Microsoft vs Uber India

Lucky enough to have offers from all three (SDE-1 level). Here's the comparison:

Google: Base 28L + RSUs (vest over 4 years) + 3L signing = ~42L total yr1
Microsoft: Base 22L + Stock + 2L signing = ~32L total yr1
Uber: Base 25L + RSUs + 5L signing = ~40L total yr1

Beyond compensation, I'm considering:

  • WLB (heard Google and Microsoft are better than Uber)
  • Learning opportunity
  • Brand value for future switches
  • Team and project

What would you pick?

Congrats on the offers! If you're prioritizing WLB, Google might be the safest bet. I have friends at Uber who say things can get pretty intense during peak times. But for learning and growth, Uber's fast-paced environment could be rewarding. What's your take on the projects you'll be involved with?
