Is 18 LPA for 3 years experience fair?

Currently at 18 LPA CTC with 3 years of experience in a mid-tier product company. Working primarily with Java + Spring Boot + AWS.

Friends with similar experience are getting 25-30 LPA at better companies. Is it worth switching just for the money? I'm comfortable at my current job and the WLB is great.

Also, what's the expected CTC range for 3 YOE backend developer in Bangalore/Hyderabad?

18 LPA seems a bit low if your friends are getting 25-30 LPA in the same field. It might be worth looking into other opportunities, especially if companies are offering better compensation. How important is WLB for you compared to the pay bump?
