How to stay consistent with daily problem solving?

I always start strong - solve 5 problems a day for a week - then burn out and take a 2-week break. This cycle keeps repeating.

How do you guys stay consistent? Any tips for building a sustainable daily habit?

I've tried:

  • Setting reminders (ignore them)
  • Study groups (everyone dropped out)
  • Accountability partners (too busy)

Nothing seems to stick 😩

I totally feel you on this! It sounds like you're taking on too much too quickly. Have you tried reducing the daily goal to maybe 2 or 3 problems a day? It's less overwhelming and easier to maintain long-term.
