Got ghosted by recruiter after 5 rounds at Meta

This is honestly so frustrating. I went through 5 rounds at Meta over 3 weeks. The recruiter said they'll get back within a week. It's been 3 weeks now and no response to my emails.

Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this? I thought all my rounds went well, at least 4 out of 5 were positive.

Should I reach out to someone else at Meta or just move on?

Hey, sorry to hear that. It sucks to be in that situation, especially after putting in so much effort. I’ve been there too. Maybe try reaching out to a hiring manager or someone else you interacted with during the process?
