I'm at a point where I need to specialize. Currently doing full stack but I feel like I'm mediocre at both frontend and backend.

Frontend can actually be quite lucrative if you're willing to specialize in something like React or Angular. Companies are willing to pay a premium for engineers who can create seamless user experiences.
Hey Vaishali, I was in the same boat a couple of years ago. I went full stack initially and then specialized in backend. I found that backend roles often offer better compensation as you get into more complex systems, especially with cloud architecture skills.
IMO, the demand can fluctuate. Right now, frontend might have more openings but backend tends to offer stronger paths toward senior roles since you're dealing with critical infrastructure. Focus on what you enjoy; you'll excel more naturally.
